This jambalaya pasta is a must-try for cajun food lovers

I remember the first time I had jambalaya like it was yesterday. Spring Break 2011. My friends and I stumbled into a small grocery store after one too many hurricanes. Because we were broke college kids and sitting down at an actual restaurant was a luxury we couldn't yet afford, we ordered jambalaya from the deli counter. I wasn't expecting much. (In our cart was also a box of frozen mozz sticks.) But the spicy rice dish blew me away. SO MUCH FLAVOR.
