Stainless Steel Deep Kadai
A kadai built for bold flavours and dependable cooking. The inner surface uses 304 stainless steel that’s safe for daily use, doesn’t rust, and contains no toxins or chemicals. The tri-ply construction ensures every inch of the kadai heats evenly, great for deep frying, sautéing, or simmering gravies.
The aluminium core runs across the base and up the sides, helping distribute heat uniformly and prevent food from burning. The outer magnetic stainless steel layer makes the cookware induction-compatible. Whether you’re preparing weekend curries or weekday sabzis, this kadai delivers consistency every time.
Mirror polish on the outside and matt finish on the inside give it a clean, elegant appearance. The phenolic handles stay cool during cooking and are heat-resistant up to 170°C. It comes with a sturdy 304 stainless steel lid and knob, designed to seal in flavour and moisture without needing to lift the lid.
The range is suitable for all heat sources including induction, and is also dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 150°C/300°F.
